At RoadGear.com, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and securely. Please review our shipping policy below for information about processing times, carriers, and freight shipping for heavier packages.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM (Central Standard Time) will begin processing the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another when your order ships, including tracking details.

Please note that processing times are separate from shipping transit times, which depend on the selected carrier and destination.

Shipping Methods

We use a variety of trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
During checkout, you’ll be able to select from the available shipping options for your order.

Delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier delays, or weather conditions.

Freight Shipping (Heavy or Oversized Items)

Some products—such as large equipment, vehicle accessories, or bulk orders—may be shipped via freight carrier due to size or weight restrictions.

  • Please inspect your shipment at the time of delivery and note any damage or irregularities on the carrier’s paperwork before signing.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment’s progress.


If you do not receive tracking information within three (3) business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 business days so we can assist with a carrier claim or replacement.
Include your order number, photos (if applicable), and a description of the issue.

International Shipping

At this time, RoadGear.com ships within the United States only. International shipping options may be added in the future.
