Textile Jackets & Pants

Textile fabrics may become damaged if they come into contact with hot objects such as tail pipes!

ROADGEAR® products are constructed from quality textiles such as DuPont® Cordura® Plus fabric or Maxtex. Items must be cleaned if exposed to road salt, tree sap or other harsh environmental conditions.

To clean, ROADGEAR® recommends that you hand wash your outer Cordura® shell in warm soapy water, and let it drip dry away from any direct heat source. Cordura apparel should NOT be dry cleaned or ironed.

The removable liner can be hand washed, machine washed or dry-cleaned. Drip dry or tumble dry at a low heat setting.

To retain and enhance, over a period of time, the waterproofing charecteristics of our garments, ROADGEAR® recommends using a quality waterproofing agent. We have tested and feel most comfortable recommending the Nikwax line of products!

ROADGEAR® also recommends that you treat all zippers with a good quality silicone spray. This ensures zipper longevity and makes them easier to use. Silicone spray can be found at any general merchandise retailer.
